Vorys’ financial services litigation group has significant experience and a deep bench, defending clients against the increasing range of individual and class action lawsuits challenging the financial services industry.  We represent financial services clients throughout the United States in federal and state court matters, with much of our practice devoted to the defense of class actions, multi-district litigation and other complex multi-party matters.
